From mountain vineyards yield low area in northern Chios (ancient region of Ariousias famous for their wines) ,where we cultivate the local varieties Agianitiko, Fokiano and Mandilaria, we produce this red dessert wine, traditionally by sun exposition of grapes for two weeks in order to condense the flavour and the sugars. Dominate flavour notes of honey and dried fruit in the mouth and the rich flavour of rounds with soft tannins. Serve at 16-180 C.

From mountainous vineyards of northern Chios (ancient region of Ariousias famous for their wines), we produce by local varieties Agianitiko, Fokiano and Mandilaria, this red wine with deep red colour and purple hues. It is dense youthful nose with fruit, candy milk dominates over the flowering jasmine and hints of sweet spices. The mouth is dominated by rich alcohol and tannins keep their aggression even in the aftertaste. Served at 16-180 C and accompanies hunting, red meat and spicy cheese.

Lively flavour with balanced acidity and long aftertaste. Bright golden colour with golden hues. Served at 8-100 C and accompanies seafood, poultry and fish.

Schinambelos
From mountain vineyards yield low area in northern Chios (ancient region of Ariousias famous for their wines), where we cultivate the local varieties Asyrtiko and Athiri, we produce this white flavored dessert wine, by traditionally mature of grapes in order to condense the flavour and the sugars and adding mastic during fermentation. The extraction of the natural resin of the mastic during fermentation completes the flavor profile of wine produced fruit with a distinctive smell. Served as an aperitif at 16-180 C.

Goldenn yellow color with green fingers, heady floral aroma and citrus, rich and balanced flavor with lively acidity and a long aftertaste, Serve at 8-10oC and accompanies white meats, fish and seafood.

Dry Rose Wine

By the vilification of white and red grapes, from Aegean varieties, witch grown exclusively on our family vineyard, we produce this rose wine with love and respect for tradition. Bright pink color with violet fingers. Heady aroma of berries, cherry, strawberry and pomegranate background bananas.
Rich mouth, with latent tannins and sweet aftertaste. Serve at 10-12 oC and accompanies pasta, greasy foods with fresh herbs, pork in the pot with light dressing, or drunk as an aperitif.
